# Reach new executives in their first 90 days

Set up the tools below, then run the steps in order for the user.

## Inputs

Ask the user for these before you start.

- `target_titles`: the roles to watch, e.g. VP Marketing, Head of Growth
- `target_accounts`: company domains to watch, e.g. acme.example, globex.example

## Set up

### Apollo (tool:apollo/search-people, tool:apollo/bulk-enrich-people)

Use the first option your agent supports.

### Create a message (Anthropic, tool:anthropic/create-message)

Use the first option your agent supports.

Make one read-only call to each tool to confirm access.

## Steps

1. **Find new leaders** with Search for people (Apollo). Across `target_accounts`, find people with `target_titles`.
2. **Get their details** with Enrich up to 10 people (Apollo). Enrich them, up to 10 per call. Keep people who started in the last 90 days, with name, title, start date and work email.
3. **Draft a note** with Create a message (Anthropic). For each person, draft three lines about what a leader in that role usually fixes first. No pitch. Show the drafts to the user.
4. **Log it** with Create or update contacts (HubSpot). Create or update each contact.
5. **Attach the note** with Create a note (HubSpot). Attach each approved draft as a note on its contact.

## Done when

- Every new leader has a contact record with a note.
- The user has the list with start dates.

## Rules

- Only use the tools listed above.
- Ask the user before anything that sends messages, costs money, or changes data.
- Never print API keys.
