# Retrieve responses

Returns a form's responses with their answers and landing and submission times, filtered by date, response type or a search phrase.

Pass `since` to pull only the leads that arrived after the last run, and
`response_type` to include partial responses. Forms with more than 1,000
responses need narrower `since` and `until` ranges or the `before` and
`after` cursors. Responses from the last 30 minutes or so may be missing,
so use a webhook for real-time leads. The MCP server has no equivalent: its
`insights-*` tools return aggregates or one field at a time.

## Rules

- Ask the user before anything that sends messages, costs money, or changes data.
- Never print API keys.
